Do you offer free estimates?
Absolutely, we offer free estimates with no obligation to book services.
If I need fixtures or items installed, do I have to buy them first?
We would prefer that our customers purchase the items they need installed beforehand. However, we would purchase the item for the customer for the price of the item and a small fee in addition to the original estimate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo.
What do I need to do before you arrive for my appointment?
Please secure all animals. If you are receiving cleaning of your refrigerator, we ask that the customer remove all items beforehand and place them back in after cleaning is completed.
Do you offer same day and emergency services?
We would be more than happy to accommodate a same day or emergency appointment as long as we do not have a booked obligation to another customer.
